The bathroom needs to be fixed as there are loose stuff came off

Amazing location but not a 4 star hotel
Posted 8 Sep 2024 on HotelsThe staff were helpful and the room was large although its condition wasn’t great and there was dust and rogue hairs in places. Bed was really comfortable and the hotel had great views. Location was fantastic and what the rooms lack in quality, it made up for in location (and cost). I had an issue with noise in my bathroom which was promptly checked out but not resolved as it happened again the next night; I think it was the pipes of my neighbours shower but it was very loud. Breakfast had a lot of range but the restaurant was quite stressful with the food quality not being so good or fresh. Laundry service was helpful although it was returned to me at 00:30 when I was trying to sleep… Strange
