Hotel is at a great location, easy to get to tourist spots, the only complaint I will bring up is the coffee machines at the bistro restaurant needs to be updated to have option buttons for, cappuccino and latte, one thing I always love in the morning is a good coffee.

Very nice and accommodating staff, close to public transit, malls, and parks. The bed was a dream--it was so soft, which can be rare in Asia.

Loved the hotel. Staff were lovely and super helpful. We had issues with our credit cards and they helped us with calls back to the UK and we’re always happy to help. Lovely breakfast selection with amazing views and amazing view from our room. Would definitely stay here again.
