Staff took 10$ for the reason of extra tax charge per night. Room is stuffy. Won’t return. Didn’t stay. Booked another hotel.

Impeccable hotel with excellent amenities and an amazing rooftop pool. Superb views of the Petronas towers and KL skyline from the rooftop pool and restaurant, it’s magical at night. Breakfast service and food were sub par for a hotel in this category. Dinner service and food were better still not on par with other 4-5 star hotels in this price range.

Great location and friendly staff. I just wish the restaurant, Alva, takes credit card instead of cash only.

Great Place to stay , close to shops and Petronas towers The hotel has great views of the towers The room was fantastic and staff are so helpful . Would definitely recommend staying here
