Aesthetics are nice but not a very practical hotel. There are three towers and a pool I would consider insufficient in size for the amount of hotel guests. Deck chairs are not enough at all. Service isn’t five star. The QR codes at the pool don’t work and the daily reasoning is due to an influx of orders. You’d think even if that was true that the Langham could afford better technology for the price point customers pay to stay there and that isn’t an issue. Concierge don’t greet on arrival to help with bags on arrival. The rooms are aesthetically nice but again, the space could’ve been much better designed. The indoor pool space was beautiful. And room service food was tasty too. Also nothing the Langham can do about it now, but again a design flaw, the pool loses pretty much all sun from 1.20pm. Then there’s a small window late afternoon where you get a few more mins of sun over part of the pool.

Enjoyed everything from the customer service, to the amazing junior suite to the beautiful amenities. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Gold Coast

Overall it’s a nice hotel but not worth the price. Facilities are really nice and it’s a beautiful location. The day I went the pool area was very windy but the next day was stunning. It does seem it’s in a wind tunnel and sun is limited. Indoor pool, gym and sauna are really nice. Main complaint is mt room smelt a little like mildew and I expect more from a nice hotel like this
