"Accommodating team. Second floor rooms are outdated with thin walls; asked to be moved to quieter part and went to third floor—massive difference. Room was renovated and had more comfortable beds/pillows."

"This hotel was extremely accommodating. Front desk staff were at the top of their game. I only stayed one night before returning to the city (had an interview in area) but would recommend the property for longer stays. My room was upgraded. Room service was promptly delivered and staff in their department were very friendly. The room was head to toe clean. Mattress was comfy. Pillows were a bit too hard but it was not a big deal. Kudos to the crew! Will rebook again at the hotel! "

"Staff wasn't especially friendly. While the room looked clean, there was a used wrapper stuffed into the couch cushions, the showerhead pipe had a large hole in the wall and would move, moved the couch to get something and was very dirty underneath. Checkout instructions were not clear."
