The Qube is in a great location. Though the cleanliness I would expect to be more with a better vacuum and marks on wall cleaned off and the balcony and table outside was just dusty. At night traffic noise was quite loud at times but once you use to it was easy to get over. Otherwise for the price and location it was good value and the staff were lovely

Pool was 1.3etres all over, I am 1.56, so could hardly keep my head above water. Graduated pool much more favourable.
Lacking majorly in kitchen things.
Not one bowl to put a salad in, let alone any serving utensils.
Not one peg to keep washing from flying off rack on patio, nor were any available when I contacted reception
Living room carpet had not been cleaned forever!

Thank you for your feedback Wilma... Unfortunately, there's not much that we can do about the pool having no gradient. We do value all constructive feedback.Our kitchens are usually very well stocked, if we are ever low on any items, our guests are urged to let us know during their stay so that we can replace anything that is required.Unfortunately, we do not supply pegs.With regard to the carpet... Thank you for letting me know. I will investigate and organise a clean :)
