Rooms are dated. Old fittings and furnishings. Toilets kept leaking. Hallways had a bad smell. Too many people in the complex.

Good hotel in the heart of Surfers. Had all the amenities needed, but Wifi was very patchy.

Nice location, easy access to Surfers Paradise and beach. However the parking access is a nightmare and very confusing.
