The property seems quite new, good undercover parking, access to dining options, well equipped room. We were allocated an accessibility room, which didn't matter, but the booking protocol somehow rook us there.

Everyone couldn’t do enough to assist when called upon. If there’s any criticism, it’s that the $100 reserved off my debit card is still there 2 weeks later.

Well maintained and very well presented hotel with modern design and excellent rooms. Easy walking distance to the Gold Coast’s Health and Knowledge Precinct, Gold Coast University Hospital, Griffith University and surrounding areas. Southport Sharks located at the base of the hotel is also very convenient for excellent dining options.

I stay here often for work. It’s a lovely hotel, very clean and professional staff. Room service meals are high quality. Only downfall is if you add breakfast on in the Expedia booking, it added $58 per day. It wasn’t a buffet, just a normal cafe so had I not included breakfast and just paid at the cafe, it would have been $16 per day. So adding the breakfast to the booking meant i significantly over paid for my stay.

The staff service were excellent. Can't fault them. Polite, helpful, respectful and patient answering all our questions. The room itself was excellent in cleanliness. The only trouble with our room was that we couldnt get any sleep from the noise of the door when other guests were entering or exiting their rooms. Our door would make such a loud rumble that it almost sounds OUR door just got slammed. So our sleep was constantly interrupted.
