Thank you for your review. Hope to see you next time in our beautiful apartment right in the Chic, Oracle Precinct in Broadbeach. Across from the beach, with cafes and restaurants all around with the Casino on the opposite street.

You couldn’t have the air con in the living room and bedrooms at the same time. Was one or the other.

Hello Stephen, thanks for your review for your 1 night stay. We were glad we could also give you a late check out even though we had guests arriving on the same day of your exit. We also explained to you that all resorts are built on the Gold Coast, by the developers with a living room option OR a bedroom option for the Ducted Air Conditioning. This is for eco friendly reasons as well as no one expects guests to be in the living room at night sleeping. Other accommodations are exactly the same.

Hidden costs
Posted 23 Aug 2019 on HotelsThis apartment is managed by a third party who charge an additional cleaning and booking fee, after the booking is completed via the app. The apartment itself was great other than a few maintenance issues. Disappointed to have learnt after booking about extra costs.

Hello & thank you for your review. The apartment is managed by Upmarket Resorts Gold Coast, and it is stated on the listing that it is privately managed. We also manage many other holiday apartments on the Gold Coast. We are sorry you did not see 'on the listing' that the 'tariff only' is paid by the guest to Hotels.com and the incidentals are paid at check in. This was also explained to you in the first email communication and the clean fee was advised what it would be. If you did not want to continue you were able to cancel at this point. You did not but you were made aware of the incidental costs - $150 clean fee. No hidden costs were incurred by you. Other guests with bookings through Hotels.com / Expedia have been very happy and this hasn't been an issue.

Very comfortable apartment located in the heart of Broadbeach: Great eateries at Broadbeach; five minute walk to Pacific Fair shopping centre; easy access to the Light Rail.
