We liked the location and the roominess of the unit. However, it wasn’t wheelchair accessible, broken blinds, chipped crockery, whole unit needs updating and the cleaning was not up to an acceptable standard for penthouse accommodation .

Hello Claire, Thank you for your feedback, the roominess of the penthouse and the location is great. Claire, we have just taken over the management rights of the apartments and are methodically going through the apartments to see what attention is needed in each one - all of the apartments have a step up into them and so does not suit wheelchair access. Funnily enough we met with the owner of the apartment you stayed in and the apartment windows have been measured up for plantation shutters in the bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as new blockout curtains in the living areas. New single ensembles have been delivered today along with a queen ensemble in another bedroom and a deep clean is happening today and tomorrow. Come back and stay with us again I believe you will be suitably impressed. Kind regards, Joanne

Could hear road and enviroment noises but the appartments made it bearable

Best we have stayed in.
Posted 12 Jul 2024 on HotelsWe were given the 4 bedroom apartment and it was so roomy, stylish and comfortable. We have never stayed in an apartment so big. It had everything we needed. We only had to bring the food and everything was there to cook it. Spa was a good send and the balcony faced the ocean and the hinterlands.

Lovely place friendly atmosphere need to pay for clean towels, still i would highly recommend this place central to restaurant beaches and around the corner from Coolangatta.
