Arriving at the Imperial Hotel is wonderful, coming up to the driveway and being immediately welcomed by the doorman, then entering the reception, which was beautiful with festive decorations. There are great facilities; good pool areas, a gym, dining etc. Our rooms were very comfortable with plenty of amenities. There are only a couple of things I noted, that the hotel could really do with a facelift as it is looking a bit tired, particularly the rooms and hallways. The staff were very slow to clear room service trays - there was one at a nearby room to us that lay all day and into the evening and the maids had been to clean rooms (obviously not their jobs to clear the trays but they perhaps could have communicated to the relevant team!) Nonetheless, we did have a comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

Had my 2 kids and myself there for 8 days was beautiful. Room was amazing the kids had a ball and where s swept off their feet . Staff always where on top of there game . Well done stuff .. I was there 8mth bak approximately with my partner and she was also amazed. 5 star 🌟 🤩 ✨️ 😍 ♥️

Lovely stay, bathrooms need more light, lighting was poor. Staff are extremely accommodating & lovely, which made the stay so enjoyable. It would be nice to see some work put into surrounding locations, though walking to the beach daily was beautiful.

Nice location . Beds comfortable and nice clean bedding. Had outdoor area to sunbathe. Convenient adjoining rooms. Breakfast nice. , especially tiling in bathroom. Check in was a pain . As if forgot my passport, left at daughter’s house on Sunshine Coast, it was so much hassle. Surely as accommodation was already paid for and I had that credit card to prove it and printed receipt, it should have been enough. I am from England so don’t have ID cards . Taps in bathroom sink leaking water at base when turned on, had to wrap small towel around them Towels could be a bit larger. Rooms need updating

Amazing place with 1st class service. Would recommend the breakfast package. Pool and surronds were stunning.

A bucket list visit having seen it featured on I’m a Celeb UK in previous years. The lagoon suite was fabulous, excellent choice in the minibar, and the jet bath was a delight. Definitely well worth the visit! A few areas for improvement however: - The pool area is in dire need of some tlc. The loungers were disgusting and needed a good clean. - The in-room phone did not work when I tried dialling reception - I accepted a complimentary check-out time of 12pm but received a phone call at 11:30 telling me that check out time was 11. When I explained to the woman on the phone, she said she would speak to her colleague but I didn’t hear back from her. - On check-out when receiving my total charges, the price seemed extortionate for the breakfast and minibar. When I questioned the receptionist, she doubled down that the charges were for breakfast and the minibar. I left very confused but then remembered that I had a room upgrade fee that explained the remaining total amount. Mostly my fault for not remembering this at the time, however this was not helped by the receptionist. Furthermore the pamplet given to me at check-in clearly states that the $300 bond would be used to cover incidental and room charges, however it seems that the charges for the upgrade/breakfast/minibar were charged on top of the bond charge. Luckily not too much of an issue for me personally but could be for others. Minor issues but I would otherwise stay again.
