Great Pool

The pool, gym, spa and sauna were great. The apartment is dated and the curtains does not cover all gaps, hence the morning sun affects our sleep. Other than that we are comfortable

When I booked through Expedia I did not know this would be moved to a 3rd party. We could not book in at reception, and had to go to Holiday Holiday's offices in surfers for the keys. The front desk staff would not assist us in any way. We did not have enough blankets for the 3 of us - told to ask Hol Hol. We asked for more toilet rolls - told to go buy our own. Another guest kept parking in our Hol Hol allocated parking - told to take it up with Hol Hol. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The room was filthy. Smelt terrible. Mouldy shower. Filthy build up on taps. Greasy kitchen. Mouldy broken fridge. Oven hadnt been cleaned had food build up and grease inside. Tv had to be fixed to watch it. Air conditioner vents dusty build up. Curtains covered in dirty marks. Unhygienic and had to be cleaned. Even then there was still mould in the shower and food in the oven. Wouldnt let me cancel. No mop. Broken clothes airer. No facewashers, tissues. Hair dryer smelt like burning plastic. I feared we would end up sick staying here.
