The Office was only open from 8.30 am till 10.30 am,No contact number avaible for help,No WiFi,No food service ,No Remote control for Air Con ,No Shampoo or conditioner ,no microwave,
For $220 a night ,I expected all the normal faciliities .Do not stay in this place ,you will be hugely disappointed

It's a very clean motel. Calling it a "resort" is a bit of a stretch.

I was unable to make contact by phone, left several messages. I found out that there is an issue with their system. Bed was so hard, but room clean and comfortable.

I booked the room then was never able to stay in it I want a full refund. I tried calling after hours number over 30 times and sent text messages with no reply or answer. I simply never used the room and am extremely disappointed I had to sleep on the street. I want my money back ASAP.

The property was not clean, dusty cupboards, could not open the door, pool wasn’t clean, junkies hanging around.
