Too many steps. No smoking anywhere on premises, even outside units.

The room we had was on the lower level, the curtains were see through and wouldn't close properly, dirty marks on the walls, beds were clean and so were the floors. Pillows were very flat, kettle had stains I could go on. Moral of the story is I wouldn't stay here again.

Shitue not chatue

There was poop on walls nothing was very clean the washing machine had sludge in it I spent two days cleaning and all the lady said was " you should have told us the first night "" it was7pm just finished work . Not really an appropriate time to have to check into a different room with a three year old in toe .
I felt the manager was quite rude and I think they don't clean it was gross

Wow Amanda, thats a bit of a stretch of the truth. Yes, i will agree that the washing machine filter was dirty after you showed me, but the poop on the walls there was no evidence of and you couldn't/wouldn't show me the alleged photos you said you took. I can assure you I checked with the cleaners and the walls were CLEAN before you arrived. You checked in at 2.39pm so you had more than enough time to let us know of any issues, in fact you did message us at 3.46pm same day saying you thought your child was going to be too noisy.How you felt we were rude whilst you were showing us the room and the alleged cleaning you did, when we were saying you didn't have to do that and you should of let us know straight away and we could of moved you to another room.

My curtains had mould on the back, the walls and light switches were dirty and bathroom facilities need updating.
I wouldnt stay again.
