Happy with the room and service
Posted 21 Jun 2022 on HotelsThe room was tidy and easily fitted all 4 of us. When we arrived reception was polite and provided clear instructions on how to use the swipe pass.
There was ample towels in the bathroom as well as soap and shampoo.
The room was very clean and tidy and there was spare blankets if needed. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom looked as if it had been renovated in the last few years and was well maintained. including good water pressure.
There wasn't really a mini bar - however I didn't mind as it took away the temptation to eat snacks when we didn't really need them !
I found the noise level to be more than reasonable. We didn't use the pool however it did look inviting.
We really just needed a place to sleep and this met our needs.

The restaurant is open for room service dinner and breakfast due to the staffing mandates, which I note you chose not to have. Motel is far from old - rooms were refitted less than 5 years ago. Your comments are wierd.

I'm sorry you were disappointed with your non stay. But our refund policy is 48 hours prior to the day of arriving... not the night that you were due to arrive.
