We always enjoy our stay at Artique, though you never fully know what configuration of apartment you're going to get when booking through Expedia - some are better than others. Our last stay was comfortable but the tiled floor was very dirty and clearly hadn't been mopped between customers as I ended up wiping the kitchen and entry floor down and easily removing the dozens of dirt spots and marks. The property is a great place to stay and the amenities like the pool and the gym are beautiful

Excellent locations, shops, beach, restaurant all within 5 to ten min walk. This is our second visit here.

The property was safe, quiet, walkable to the beach, shopping & dining places. It has excellent facilities eg free parking, swimming pool, sauna & gym. Jai at the reception/resevation during office hrs was attentive & very helpful. The after hrs reception was also handy when we encountered some issues during our stay.

The apartment was amazing, a lot bigger than we thought it would be, and the views were amazing. The apartment was a little shabby in place, but overall, it was clean and had everything we needed.
Would definitely stay again

It was good for the price.
More like a serviced apartment so you can even cook for yourself if you wanted to.
Not a perfect five as there was a bit of wear and tear on furnishings - doesn’t affect form or function though

Overall I thought it was a good spot to stay at, everything was convenient close to shops restaurants and the beach.
Negative- there was ants inside the apartment and overall it looked worn down paint was coming if walls and the showers/bathroom need a good deep clean.
This is why it got and overall 3 stars and not 4.

We stayed two weeks , the appartment was fantastic , we were on the 16 th floor with great views .
However the noise from screaming girls at night at ALL hours on the street forced us to keep the windows closed.
There must be NO police presence in the Gold Coast as in sure our hotel was on the local drag circuit especially from midnight till 6 in the morning. I really doubt we will ever return which is a disappointment
