"The two bedroom apartment was new and tidy, excellent amenities with kitchen, laundry included which was needed. Easy accessible parking and walking distance to supermarket nearby. It was also close to the theme parks so quite convenient and excellent location for families. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Things that could be improved;parking spot to be numbered by room a/b as customers were confused and parked in either. Room didn’t include reception contact details. Bathroom fan was noisy...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Bay Shores. It was in a quieter area of Surfers Paradise. The apartment had been recently renovated with very good quality fittings, fixtures and with nice little extras. Would recommend. "

"Stay was great! Spacious room, big bathroom, big fridge, and great kitchen. However, lack of designated parking, there is a chance you may not find a spot when you get back and will have to park on the street. Also encountered 2 large cockroaches in the room even though all the food was kept in the fridge."
