"Honestly we had some problems with our house and owners did what they can to help us. We felt sad for leaving early but we came back to an amazing time with my husband. the heated pool was amazing at night. The warmth of the fire was so shooting. The breakfast was delicious and so filling. Their mid day fruit plates were refreshing. The place is all yours and feel free to communicate with the staff. "This place is gorgeous, the people very nice. It is very clean. The Mobil home though is tiny, no room for even suit cases. I cannot image 2 people in there. Does have a lovely large porch. The restaurant though very expensive was very good and the waiters kind and thoughtful. The only reason I removed points was because with such lovely gardens and plants, they spray poison early in the morning. "I recently stayed at Hyatt House Gebze again and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of both the lobby and my room. They had upgraded my room which was even more spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary water and toiletries. I also had a fantastic view from my window, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s breakfast. The variety of fresh and delicious as always. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Hyatt House Gebze to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Great place for the family

"Our stay was very good, my family enjoyed the stay and the kids had a great time. Staff was very friendly and if we needed something it was given in a matter of minutes. Big yard for the kids, pool patio bbq. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to a family traveling with kids. Thank you"
