"Stayed one night at the hostel. This isn’t a hotel, so if you are searching for quiet and sleek accommodations then stay elsewhere. Teens and college students mostly stay there and run about the property - even at 11pm. The rooms were clean but not fancy at all. It’s ok for one night. The area doesn’t have semi- luxurious accommodations.... I think the price is high for a youth hostel. If there were fancier rooms then I didn’t see them. The place does have a pool and the view of Jordan is nice...

"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. Room and facility features and services were as advertised and as expected, consistent with the other HI hostels where I have stayed. "The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. "

Clean the mould in the showers

"If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning? "
