Customer service. No proactivity, not flexible, no information about hotel stay, 1 towel in the room, I had to request everyday. Safe wasn't working. They gave me a key and I had to sign property loss agreement.

O serviço deixa a desejar, não conseguem me.mandar NF. Outra questão, é a desconfiança no cliente. Disse que consumo 1 água e não finalizaram o check-in até checar o quarto. Péssima confianca

ok for a short stay

Pros: friendly staff room was clean and the room was clean and spacious helpful staff at checkout, assisted in getting a cab fairly central location
Cons: fixtures and linens making adaptors for electronic equipment available to overseas guests keep kitchen area in room equiped

This hotel is ok overall for a short stay but had a few not so great points. The not so good: - the hotel is not prepared to receive overseas visitors. They had no adaptors available for electronic equipment and staff did not go out of there way to help procure one. Also, during checkout, despite the staff's best effort, they were unable to provide a receipt because I did not have a Brazilian ID and there computer system only allows receipts for Brazilian residents and/or natives. - despite having a small kitchen area, no silverware, plates, or cups were to be found. When I requested those and some napkins, the staff brought plates and silveware, but told me they were out of napkins. - fixtures (mirrors, tiles) and linens (towels and sheets) need an upgrade. - it would have been nice to know that the gym and the pool would be under construction during my stay and therefore unavailable. These were some of the features that made me choose the hotel in the first place. The good stuff: - friendly staff - the room was clean and spacious - helpful staff at checkout, called a cab to assist immediately - fairly central location, close to Areião park (great place for morning jog) - great breakfast included in the rate - Santorini, the hotel restaurant, was a good option for dinner

Like renting your own apartment

Cons: The breakfast buffet was not bad however; a better assortment of fruits and fresh hot food could have been offered. Buffet was heavy on carbs.
Location: A park across the street and a quick cab ride to 2 malls. Not much in the area however; very safe neighbourhood. Locals were friendly.
Overall a positive experience. The hotel staff were friendly and did their best to accomodate a non-portuguese traveller. The hotel and room was clean, the water pressure in the bathroom was very good. I would have however liked more linen, pillows and towels in the room. The rooms are built like an apartment which allowed a feeling of living in an appartment as apposed to staying in a hotel room. Kitchenette is small. Only a microwave and fridge. I would have enjoyed it better if there was also a toaster and stove top along with some dishes, pots and pans.

No nosso quarto tinham algumas lâmpadas queimadas, toalhas muito ruins e água do chuveiro não esquentava, chegava no máxima até morna.

Impossível ser 4 estrelas, isso é abuso com cliente. Atendimento pessimo da recepção, elevador sujo, cortina sua, toalha rasgada, cofre quebrado, lâmpada queimada, mamão passado, lençol menos que colchão, sofá com mola quebrada, etc PESSIMO
