Very new and modern. Staff tend to be more interested that you follow their rules than being attentive to serve the guests. Thermostat is locked out, presumably centrally regulated. Although 19.5ºC is displayed, the room was quite warm and no fan or air movement. Great location. Breakfast buffet is good, no hot foods. Coffee is excellent. Nice quiet area mostly.

Good food and service
Posted 27 Oct 2023 on HotelsI have always liked to book Holiday in any country I visited.The one in Gottingen is exceptional .
The breakfast is the best in all three countries compared.
I am pleased with the kindness of the staff .
The downside of it is that not all staff can speak English and Uber eats and taxi do not deliver to the hotel .
Overall,I enjoyed the service from Holiday Inn Express at Gottinghen.
