"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "The property is about a kilometer out of town, so you will need a car. But it is right at the base of the mountain with the stream running in front. It was very clean, with new carpet. The dining room is beautiful, natural wood, and excellent food was served. It is family run, so you won't see a lot of staff around, but someone was always available. Clean, comfortable, and quiet - perfect for me."
