"We booked a sea view room, beautiful views. Good breakfast and polite friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and come back. Only thing, is the distance from the hotel to the Konak ferry port or bazaar is definitely not a walk you can jump on a tram which is about 3 min walk from the hotel. And 2 stops you’re there. I’d say probably a good 30 min walk and if you plan on doing shopping you’d probably be exhausted by then as the markets are huge and a lot to explore. "

"Excellent experience at check in.Staff very helpful and gave us access to room at 10am.Beautiful room with sea view.Food in club lounge and breakfast was superb.Only minor criticism is that club lounge staff were not proactive.Despite the 2 of us being the only ones in the lounge we had to seek her out for service.Pool and spa area very impressive.Only annoying point was the nimber of seagulls using the pool"

I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, a coffee/tea station, and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the complementary breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. The hotel’s location was perfect, and a good base for visiting local attractions, shops, and public transport. "Super nice staff. Tv in my room did not show all the channels, someone arrived immediately to fix it. They offered to move me to another room. Very accommodating. Two minutes from the airline checkin. Very convenient for odd hour flights. Impressive breakfast buffet. Friendly staff at every corner. "

"The location of the property is superb offering nice view of the sea and you can just literally step out and walk along side the marina which is full of restaurants and shops. The rooms are nice. The staff is exceptional. Small requests were also met with great promptness. Would definitely recommend!"
