"We booked a 2 bedroom unit, but was given a 3 bedroom, which was fine. The location in District 7 was great. It's an easy walk to many restaurants, markets, and shopping. The unit was very clean, and was spacious. We felt very safe there. Using Grab for transportation was inexpensive, and mad getting around the city very easy."

I understand not stocking items, but not even salt and pepper? Biggest negative was no hot water. Had to boil water just to shave. Not the worst place but not the best. Slightly below average. Wouldn't stay again. "

"I was assigned an apartment not as same as whats on the photos. There wasn't a wet playground as shown on the photos. All the children were disappointed. Apartment did not have wifi and since no wifi the tv box could not work. TV was just for display. No kitchen cleaning supplies provided for cookware & utensils."

"We booked the most expensive room and it was false advertising. They did not have this room with the panoramic view. They instead gave us two 2bedroom rooms to make up for it. The day after they moved us to a small 3 bedroom that does not look anything like the pictures we booked. They did not offer a refund. The square feet on the booking was also wrong. "

"The rooms are big, the cleaninest are not comparable to other hotel, the security is questionable since the staff know our pass codes. The man who greeted us was rude, screamed at us and demanded that we should park our car and walk with our luggages for a long distance to our rooms even with our elderly parents.
