"Great service, nicely designed hotel, lovely pools. Food was very good, especially breakfast, which was epic. Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you. The real problem was the other guests, who did not make us feel at all welcome. The infinity pool was lovely but dominated by people taking selfies. "too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience"

Well worth the stay.

"Fantastic stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and food at the restaurant very good. A little bit in an expensive side but well presented and tasty. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. There is lots to do for kids and adults and the view from our room was fabulous. We will definitely stay again."

Wonderful Hotel

"For sure one of the best premises in Poland. Outstanding in any kind of service. Very helpful and professional staff. Amazing Pool and Spa Area. Good food in both restaurants with wonderful views to the Lake side. Spacy and quiet with lots of places to relax or to work. Nice rooms with all armenties. ONLY: its not appropriate to knock every door by 9 in the morning to ask for roomservice. This should be stopped. "
