Very happy with hotel. Clean. Nice check in with employee. She was pleasant. Room was very nice. Large frig, cooking surface. Lots of storage. great price. Would stay again.

We walked into a small locked vestibule and used a phone on the wal to contact a receptionist. This process took five minutes. Check-in, once at the front desk, went smoothly, with all Expedia information properly transferred to their systems. We gathered a strong chemical smell throughout the hotel and our room. The walls were bare with no no carpeting. We slept upon, block-style pillows, scratchy bedsheets, and a concaved mattress. Quite dissatisfied with this property for the above mid-range price.

Trashy 1 STAR HOTEL

My stay was horrible! I was treated like I was a criminal or like I was trash. The front desk lady was extremely rude not once not twice but 6 different times. To top it off I have spent over a thousand here at this hotel and yet I was still treated like my money was not good enough here. The rooms are ALWAYS DIRTY AND NEVER CLEANED! Oh and the housekeepers NEVER clean the rooms at a timely manner or even on time. So if they are booked then it's definitely because the house keepers decided to not cleaned all rooms that day. I definitely done with this place and I will never return to WoodSpring again!

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations with Cleanliness. Upon your stay you had the do not disturb sign on your door the entire time, so our girls are trained not to bother you per your request to make your room cleaning. I was also present at the time front desk knocked on your door. Front desk was trained to check all departed rooms at 11:00 AM. However, you refused payment and would not leave the room which the room was already reserved for another guest and paid. She did let you know that and waived the late checkout fee. Your satisfaction is important to us as a valued Choice Privileges member. We will be using your feedback to make improvements, so that we can provide exceptional experiences for our guests.
