Staff couldn't do enough for you. Comfy beds.

My review is from a disabled point of. But don’t be put of normally as it’s clean, comfortable and very friendly staff…We are not wheelchair bound but both suffer from severe arthritis and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find a hotel that has King size beds with a shower room as was this case and to have a king size bed we had to rent a family room but they only had baths and all on the 1st floor with no lift which made walking up and down to and from the room very difficult and painful. I’m unsure how wheelchair users would manage.
The hotel and staff were good and helpful even when we had some food shortage issues with our orders. Anyone reading this please be aware of a minor discrepancy of buy 2 glasses of wine and you’re given the rest of the bottle free…It’s only on the House wine…I’ve put this because it doesn’t explain that on its advert…and it left a lot to be desired 🙁

Delighted to be in an executive room with a stocked minibar! Also ate in the restaurant - burgers were excellent. Added bonus being the Red Roses were also staying in the hotel!

The hotel was well appointed, clean and the staff very friendly, helpful and nice to be around. Breakfast excellent. Parking good. Really enjoyed our stay.

Late arrival so no drinks or food after 9.30. Staff nice and room very quiet and comfortable.

We were very happy staying at this hotel, the staff on desk were very friendly, happy and helpful.
We enjoyed the pool with it’s steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, a great way to relax after a day of travelling.
The dinner menu had good options and the breakfast was a buffet style with a wide variety of food and drinks.
We would stay at this hotel again, as a family we recommend it.
The only downside, and this was our fault, was that we didn’t book a table for dinner so the restaurant was full when we came down for dinner. We were able to eat in the bar area - but next time we would book a table.
