Clean and looks new/upgraded. Friendly staff, easy check in and out, and a decent English breakfast. Value for money.

Carpets were dirty, rooms were small and only had 2 single beds, and the breakfast was horrible!

Good parking, easy to get to.
Pub next door.
Staff were good.
Breakfast was lacking a bit in choice but was hot and ok.
