Our room was comfortable and clean. The shower was pathetic sadly. It served a purpose of a one night stay

A lovely stay, excellent food, lovely staff, very helpful the only downside was the water pressure on the shower was very poor but overall really good

Good value, lovely staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, fun pool. But rooms smelled damp, zip link doubles uncomfortable, no plugs by bed, weedy shower. Would stay again for family but not for romantic couples.

Staff very good although events manager had been off sick but returned etc. and did her best - my birthday event went very well. Room 122 had a mouldy unpleasant smell to it, or something coming from the bathroom, needing the window open all the time despite a bathroom fan. I could not have stayed longer in it than the 2 nights without changing to another room.

The room had a smell of damp as there had been a flood 2 days before. As it was Sunday night the hotel wasn't full and that corridor should have been closed off and guests moved to another area. Mentioned the damp smell to reception.

The hotel is advertised as “pet friendly”. Lots of debris on the grounds. I found the dinning area not organised for clients with pets. I was made to feel bad, and had the tablecloth and cutlery removed in front of me when I came with my dog to be seated for breakfast. I gave up on the second morning, asked for room service, only to be told the staff had not picked up door sing overnight. I was not warned about parking fees/fines - luckily I asked at the desk at the last moment.
