"Amazing! The ladies that work here are terrific. So much knowledge and so willing to share. We felt at home immediately! The rooms were spacious and had all the needed and wanted amenities (minus a coffee machine). The island is beautiful and we had a great time exploring the whole thing. "Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Weg zu Fuß ist aus meiner Sicht zu beschwerlich. Der Pool ist phantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang war jeden Morgen phänomenal....

"One bedroom upstairs, another bedroom and everything else downstairs, with separately controlled airconditioning. The bathroom and especially the shower area is fairly small (common thing in Greece), but other areas are comfortable enough to stay there and unpack your luggage. Airport is so close you can walk there in 10 minutes, and you can see planes landing while sipping your coffee on the balcony. Don't worry, there are no flights during the night. "Amazing see view, nice terrace, friendly owners very peaceful atmosphere. NO parking, no breakfast, room service once per week, average WiFi quality, be prepared for daily climbing to reach the car ( like 700m away). During season you need to get up early to find a place on the beach. Best option will be to leave the car on public parking and rent a motorcycle or ATV. Advice is to contact the owner to pick you up - not easy to find a place . "

"This was a fabulous gem overlooking Lutraki Beach. Quiet and tucked away just what we were looking for in our stay. Ginny our host was great she had great communication and Was a tremendous help in helping us find a private boat charter. She also was very helpful when our ferry was cancelled due to inclement weather and made sure we had transportation off of the island. All the locals were lovely. The apt was super clean and new. The bathroom was a bit tight but adequate. A/C worked great. Note this apt does not have an elevator. The roof top deck was sublime with amazing sunset views and views of the small town. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Note the town around the apt is small with limited restaurants there is a good market with all you need walking distance. We did not have a car and needed taxi service which also is limited so expect to plan ahead to call if you need a taxi. Lovely memorable stay on Skopelos."

Friendly staff and beautiful hotel

"Beautiful little hotel - we ended up here unexpectedly as we had a misadventure on the ferry so it was a very last minute booking. On arrival they upgraded our room, which was very sweet. As it happens, this is the night we got engaged so I will always have wonderful memories of this place."

Super-nice Hotel

"Very nice hotel!! Great standard, very clean, and especially the personell - all very friendly and with a personal touch. Great to have the pool, and the view over the bay/sea was very nice as well. The atmosphere is very calm. There are a few beaches nearby that we liked. And we also enjoyed taking the taxi-boat from the closest beach to town in the evening. Super hotel - many thanks for having us!!"
