Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and brilliant location. The village itself is stunning, fully enclosed by medieval walls. We travelled with a dog and were very accommodating for her. The jacuzzi and relaxation area on the roof is very special.

Glad to see that Sauna and Hot Tub amenities were included in the price as advertised (unlike other hotels)

One night stay at Belvenu Boutique in Glorenza
Posted 5 Apr 2023 on HotelsCheck in was confusing. If you do not speak Italian or German, good luck trying to figure out what to do if you arrive in the evening. There was no one at the front desk and no one answering the phone so we waited 20 mins or so before we could get some decent reception before we found someone to help us with check in. This was around 8:30 PM. You’re also not allowed to bring food to the hotel so it makes figuring out dinner a bit challenging.
The next morning, someone opened my room door without asking. Extremely disturbing. There were no do not disturb signs and they opened my door well before check out time. This also happened to another party I was traveling with.
Would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you have a strong desire to stay in Glorenza or if you could check in during the day time. Room was decent otherwise.

This hotel is well run , with a caring , professional staff . andrea and the front desk and her colleagues are a delight , Laundry facility’s were a great plus ! rooms and across the street restaurant are very good , A peaceful , good service , attractive and restful hotel , comfort and convenience. is here also .

Very good stay!

The hotel is oretty new, it is in an old big house that has been converted and a lot of the property features have been kept. Lovely roof top terrace with jacuzzi. The only thing that let this hotel down is the breakfast; really basic and poor for such a quality hotel.
