"My husband and I had a rather interesting stay on the Isle of Skye during our Scotland vacation, but our stay at The Bracken Hide was one of the highlights of our time there. "This spot was absolutely perfect. Hotel is well looked after and checking in was a breeze. The room had an excellent view and everything you could possibly need. Beds were particularly comfortable. I was concerned about being on the first floor with 2 large suitcases, but was delighted to see it was only a short flight of stairs. We had a rental car and there was always a spot out front for when we came and went. Couldn’t have been more seamless. This spot is an absolute gem. "

"Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the hosts. They provided tourist information for the surrounding area sites, restaurants and shopping. Our room had everything we would possibly need and was thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast was amazing and fuelled our hike up The Old Man of Storr in rain, 50mph winds and sideways hail.
