This was my second stay at this location and it was just as good as the first time it will be my go to spot when coming to Denver!

Beautiful hotel with free breakfast daily and free light dinner Mon-Wed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My studio suite with kitchen is perfect for my needs.There is a Target with grocery across the street and various other dining options nearby. I am here for medical appointments downtown and this hotel is only a 7 minute drive away from them. Due to doctor needing to reschedule my appt, I had to extend hotel, car, flight by one day. I had to do this outside of Expedia (directly with hotel) and it was very costly for that one night. I wish they had a discount rate for those of us with last minute extension emergencies. At the moment, there is only one working elevator that makes some obnoxious sounds. When they get both working up to snuff, that will be nice. Out front, next to parking lot, there is a walking path next to Cherry Creek. It's beautiful. Some reviews mentioned vagrants and car vandalism, but I have not seen or experienced that thus far. FYI, there is a $10 per night parking fee, which was not mentioned on their Expedia page. Overall, I am happy with this property.

Bed are definitely not queens like stated, more like full size. Air conditioner did not work in main bedroom. Friendly staff
