"We stay at this place just about every year for the supercross race. This year it seemed you we're very understaffed. It's impressive all the stuff you have going on but, we pay like $500 a night while we were there. And when we're spending that much money we would expect a lot better service. We sat at the lobby bar for drinks and some food. We were ignored by the 3 bartenders for 20 minuets. I finally got up and left. It took an hour to get a table and get service for Breakfast."

"I loved the stay once the hot tub was fixed. When I asked about it, the person in front, gave the impression that it wasn’t a high priority. I fussed out Expedia because it should have stated it wasn’t working. I chose the place and spent the extra money because of it. "
