Staff made concerted effort to meet our requests. Everything in the room was well maintained and working properly. Nice breakfast. First time in a hotel where there was nothing to complain about.

Nice, clean , hotel stuffs are friendly. Through Expedia I got free parking.

Location was great. Easy access to the extensive tram system of Zurich. Near airport but our room was very quiet.

Very convenient location from the airport. Shuttle bus to the airport. Pretty clean. Only thing to complain is the pillows are very bad. Way too soft!
