"Great budget hotel just outside main city centre perfect ideal fir seeing the sights and a stone throw from train station. Rooms are small but are well maintained comfortable and clean great for price point. Checkin was simple easy and hassle free only feedback that i could give was you should be able to prebook parking with a code the street outside is full and costs so need to either have pre booking or place to temp park while you get access to carpark. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"Had a good stay for four nights, but it is more of an Airbnb than a hotel. I would not prefer their reception-less method if traveling alone. Rooms are spacious and quiet, but a little dingy/dusty. Showers would not stay warm for long in the evenings but mornings were fine. We had to contact owners for more towels and toilet paper but they arrived very quickly and seemed happy to check in with us. Extremely walk able area for beautiful Ghent, but getting to and from the train station required...
