Really poor overall experience.
Posted 27 Dec 2023 on HotelsHorrendous stay - received a voicemail mid-stay to say we had to move out the hotel as they were closing with immediate effect (mid afternoon during the 2nd day of a 3 night stay).
Knowhere near a 5* hotel though prior to this. Bottle of Vodka within the mini bar in our room had been opened and half drunk. Lipstick all over one of the glasses within the room. Flawed layout in the floor meant the shower door was always leaking on the floor (in the hall of the room).

Friendly & Accommodating staff in great hotel

Great location, hotel was very clean tidy and quiet. Beds really comfortable, showers great. Would stay again.
