The property was lovely, clean and like new. Honestly the only thing I could comment on (not complain) needed a bigger duvet as hubby always pinches it. Next time in Glasgow would defo stop here.

I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen.

VR Apartments are very well located in Southside Glasgow. My wife and I were over for her to have a surgery and short recovery, 5 day stay. We found the flat to be quite small, we are both quite tall people so would likely not book again based on this alone. The flat would suit someone of a shorter height or individual booking better. The hosts are incredibly responsive via text message, they were accomodating of an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated. There was a security mishap on day 3, another patron had been given our room codes and details to check in, as we were in the flat this wasn't an issue, the host was contacted and codes changed within 30 minutes, this could have been more of an issue if we weren't in the flat at the time, appreciate issues happen, and was resolved promptly with sincere apologies from the host.

Communication was the biggest issue with this place. It took a minute to find they could put a sign or something on the door that might help. Since I came from the States my cell didn't receive the attachment with the instructions to the place. Lucky I was able to reach them by phone and got the info to get into the place. I will say the street right by this place is really busy. There wasn't a view in the unit we were in and when we got there the place was freezing. It was an easy walk to down town Glasgow if you are ok walking about a mile or so. The bus does stop right in front. Great restaurants very close by in fact an amazing pizza place is right below this place. Highly recommend that place some of the best pizza I've had anywhere. Once the place you warm it was very nice great amenities like a small kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit.

Wasnt bad, decent for the price, but the pictures were very misleading.
Noise level was crazy during the early morning hours, not sure if it is other tenants or the Royal Mail but it was loud.
"City View" was literally a view of a tiny square interior courtyard with views into 2 other apartments.
Never got info until about 30 minute sbefore check in, which is unusual.
Price was great, and it was comfortable despite all the above.
