The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is comfortable and clean. Internet might not be fast enough for remote desktop connection, but it should be fine if you're just here for leisure.
Staff has been very helpful throughout the process. And Stevie who greeted us for the check-in even helped carry our heavy luggage to 2/F - that was much appreciated!

Reassigned to Candleriggs flat (downgraded)
Posted 24 Aug 2019 on HotelsI originally booked the Blythswood 5* place because of the description provided, amenities offered, and the reviews it received. A day before I was to arrive in Glasgow, I was informed by the property office that they had overbooked the Blythswood flat, but that I would be reassigned to a similar unit at their Candleriggs Court property (Candleriggs was spacious, had a washer, but no dryer and no coffee maker). Upon our arrival to Glasgow, the property office was very accommodating and met us 90 minutes prior to our check-in time so that we could leave our bags and pick up the keys. The unit was definitely not ready and had been trashed by the previous occupants. When I returned at 3:00 p.m.; the cleaning lady was frantically still trying to prepare the unit. She was there until 4:30 p.m. The cleaning lady had cleaned up the majority of the mess, but after she left, I still found rubbish under the bed, food crumbs on the sofa, and food stains on the walls. We also realized at about 4:30 p.m. that the mi-fi was not working and notified the duty manager; someone came within 10 minutes to assess the problem. She left saying it would be restored in 30 minutes. The electricity also went out in parts of the flat that evening. Again, we called the duty manager. The electricity was fixed the next morning and the mi-fi connection was enabled about 36 hours later. The mi-fi worked for less than 2 days before it failed and the router was replaced on the 5th day of our stay.

Perfect serviced Apartments in Glasgow
Posted 16 Jun 2019 on HotelsThe apartments are beautifully finished and very spacious - historic building in the heart of Glasgow. Although it’s a serviced apartment there is daily cleaning and serve ice. The one warning there is no elevator so yo may have to carry your luggage up one or two floors but apart from that you should be hard pushed to find better accommodation in the heart of Glasgow

We were so impressed with the apartment. Loved the high ceilings and overall spaciousness. The location is so central to anything you want to do in Glasgow. It's on a busy street but the bedrooms in Campbell are set back so it's quiet. A smashing addition to the room would be a coat rack. We come to town every year or two and will definitely consider these apartments again.

Dreamhouse experience
Posted 12 Dec 2017 on HotelsWe had a disastrous check in because it was late and had a rude duty manager on the phone who hung up on me. But ince checked in we lived the property and location. With no staff and usual hotel amenities this seemed like our own apt in the centre of Glasgow. Loved it and we will use Dreamhouse again.
I have rated service mid range because there was no service!!!
