Lovely hotel, perfect for us as we were here for a university tour, so is well situated should you want to do the West End and the City Centre. Friendly staff and would recommend the breakfast.

I was hesitant to stay at a chain hotel in the UK, but this Courtyard ended up being the perfect place for us. When we checked in, they were so helpful explaining how best to get around and giving us ideas of where to go. It was an easy to walk to restaurants, the University, Kelvingrove Park, and the museum. It's also close to a subway stop that takes you to city center and the botanic gardens.

We slept for two separate nights at this hotel. On Friday in room 217 and Monday in room 329 The beds were comfortable and the bathroom seemed clean. The walls in the room were dirty. The second time on Monday when we returned to room 329 my husband found under the bed sheets a pair of socks and a small transparent box. We called the reception and they were apologetic and moved us to another room. The staff was very polite and friendly. If it wasn’t for the dirty walls and the stuff we found on the bed I would’ve given this hotel a better review.

Very friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome. Very comfortable bed as I am an 6ft3 inch tall. Excellent bathroom facilities and bed linen and towels. Lovely resturants close by and OVO Hydro was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back soon.

We stayed at the courtyard as we were going to a show in the hydro. The location was perfect for this and we only had to cross the road to get there! The staff were all very friendly and tried to book a restaurant for us nearby as the hotel restaurant was fully booked. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was quiet at night despite it being a Saturday night and I expected a lot of rowdy party people but I had an amazing nights sleep . Bed very comfortable and bathroom very clean and well equipped. Lovely lush towels and toiletries. Nice areas to sit in reception with comfortable seating .

Mistakenly pre-paid for parking as there was no postage signage or information on the website. When I asked about the parking during check-in the employee was very rude and defensive saying "We can't refund you if you already pre-paid. You have to bring us a blank ticket if you want to use our overnight rate." I said "I didn't ask for a refund, I've never been here before so I don't know how the parking works, that's why I'm asking you." She literally treated me like I was the biggest idiot on this earth for not knowing how the parking worked. Perhaps there should be some signage in the parking garage? I doubt I'm the only person in the hotel's history to make that mistake. I don't even care about the money, it was how she treated me when I simply asked how it worked.

Ok but for price would’ve expected more in the room- only tea, green tea and coffee no camomile, early grey, decaf tea, hot chocolate or biscuits. Dinner was a rip off steak ciabatta at £12 on half a ciabatta, not even chips outrageous for the price, gyros hardly any chicken mostly a white wrap stuffed with chips- no lettuce or anything £11!!

The staff were super friendly, even though we arrived quite late. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and it was easy to get around (one of us was walking with a stick). The breakfast buffet was lovely and the food hot. It had a good variety of options too. We were only staying the night on our way home from holiday in the Highlands, but it is a good location for anyone wanting the OVO. Dinner options were non-existent by the time we arrived unfortunately (10pm), but the lounge foyer area looked good and you can get collect pizza to 9:30pm. You could always Uber Eats in though. The only thing we struggled with was parking. There's very little space for a drop off point and I went round the block a couple of times before calling the hotel switchboard. They have an option to listen to directions, so we weren't the first people to get lost! Basically, just park in the SEC arena car park which is directly next to the hotel. If you validate your ticket with the hotel desk, you will get some money off the parking charge.

Comfortable bed, good night's sleep. Only 1 small thing to complain about was that there were no coffee cups out at breakfast time, when I asked where they were I was told I could use the paper cups!! No thank you, if I wanted a coffee in a paper cup I would go to Costa. Waiter did go to the kitchen to bring cups/mugs out.
