Posted 17 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe were so lucky to come across this wonderful hotel. We arrived at our pre-booked accommodation to be told it wasn’t ready and found this hotel around the corner. It was the perfect solution, the receptionist was super helpful, the room was spacious and well appointed giving us a glorious view of the mountains, and although it is right in the heart of old town, its cliff face location made it feel like a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle just meters away. Oh, and the location for sundowners - one of the best I’ve ever been to. sitting in the warm breeze with a cocktail at the end of the day watching the sun set while the eagles soar was truly special.

Terrible internet
Posted 31 Jul 2024 on HotelsGood hotel for overnight stay, it is located 2 minutes from famous bazaar. Rooms and breakfast are nothing special, but you ger what you need when traveling around.
Be aware, there is no on-site parking (you can park in a parking garagebon the other side of bazaar for 4 eur per night).
The bigest issue during the stay was internet, which was slow and interupting all the time (totaly useless and unacceptable).

Great hotel in Gjirokastër.

Service was faultless. They gave us an upgraded room for free and helped with printing documents.
The room was clean, air conditioned, comfy, and provided great views over the city.

This is a large and unmissable hotel in the old town part of the city (as you can probably tell from the photos). I had a triple room and it was massive. Breakfast was great, front desk staff was really helpful in helping me find some services for my phone and gave me great tips and tricks for navigating the city. Note that there isnt any soundproofing - this would generally be fine for me but I had the bad luck of sharing my floor with a large group of people who were partying and running around the floor and slamming doors until the wee hours. Despite that I still had a great short stay at the hotel.

Excellent location and amazing staff
Posted 24 Sep 2023 on HotelsExcellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. All tourist spots within walking distance. Famous bazaar is 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
Airvon in room was fantastic especially during the very hot weather.
I strongly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is right in the heart of the shopping in Gjirokaster.

Amazing gem of Gjirokaster
Posted 17 Sep 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is amazng. The view from the rooms is incredible as the hotel is on a hill. There is no dedicated parking at the hotel but the team were so helpful in finding space for our car in the hotel next door. Great breakfast too
