Nice room. No AC. Roosters outside wake you up early.

The staff was very rude. We waited almost fifteen minutes at the desk to check in while other staff members walked by without letting someone one we were waiting. They are not very friendly towards tourists from other countries.

We are sorry that the stay in our hotel didn't meet your expectation, nevertheless you arrived saturday around 12:30 and the the expecting check-in time was not before 15:00. We were not aware of your early arrival at our hotel and unfortunately our receptionist was busy with another guest. Our friendly staff welcomed you very well and still did your check-in before 15:00. The receptionist also offered you to carry your luggage to the room, what you refused.
So you will understand that your note of "1" is totally unjustified and probably reflects your mood of the day which unfortunatly was listed on our hotel,
