Music started kinda loud in the pool area on Sunday at 8:00

I travel quite often and this hotel was my worst experience EVER!! Given a room less than what I booked, no running hot water, when I questioned staff was told the room o rented does not come with hot water. A/C never worked, I made sure when I booked this hotel had A/C because location of my vacation has excruciating heat.Handy men in my room at 7 am. My shoes were stolen from poolside, bed Bugs on curtains, last but not least in an effort to cool down I sat on patio for some fresh air. Table frame was so rusted it collapsed and broke before me mind you table too was made of glass. Managements only effort to resolve this entire experience was a tiny discount. HORRRIBLE place to stay. Oh I forgot to mention beds were equivalent to sleeping on stones

Sra Ingrid lamentamos la experiencia que manifiesta. El estado de embriaguez de las personas que la acompañaban ocasionò molestias a los demàs huespedes. El cristal de la mesa lo partieron y no se les cobrò. Los zapatos no fueron hurtados, ustedes los dejaron y estan en el hotel, estamos tratando de comunicarnos pero no ha sido posible.

The hotel looks like it is an abandoned place. No internet access in the rooms. In the reception and “restaurant”, Wifi does not work. The tv does not work either (no service). I would avoid it at all cost.

Lamentamos su apreciación, es cierto que tenemos un internet que funciona solo el áreas comunes , sin embargo tenemos módem que prestamos para las habitaciones sin ningún cargo adicional. Sobre el televisor no es posible que no funcione.

Although I had a negative experience the first day of my stay, the manager made sure the rest of my vacation was pleasant. I got assigned a better room that improve the bad starts. I have to applaud the staff, they are super friendly and courteous. The food was great too in the restaurant.

Experiencia Familiar Espectacular
Posted 16 Oct 2023 on HotelsEl servicio es excelente, recomendada la parrilla o carnes asadas espectacular la comida las habitaciones son súper cómodas para familias con niños y lo mejor aceptaron nuestra mascota .
La piscina espectacular y la música .excelente hotel para descansar .

Señor Claudia agradecemos su comentario positivo. La mayoría de personas que nos dan la oportunidad de atenderlos, nos manifiestan su conformidad pero no contestan la encuesta. Y por el contrario, los inconformes, que es un mínimo porcentaje, si hacen la tarea y con mala intención desinforman muchas veces a los clientes potenciales. Nos motiva mucho su respuesta.
