"Nice location. Great staff as most Filipinos are. Limited breakfast but sufficient as it’s included in the price 👍 Avoid rooms next door to balconies, smoking is allowed there, people congregate there, smoking and talking to the early hours. As a non smoker it wasn’t a nice place to be. 1 guest was there on his phone shouting down the line at 4.30 am, at 5am I politely asked if he could tone it down as I was trying to sleep. Typical selfish obese American he refused 🤔. He stayed there until 7.30am, yes 3 hours on a phone shouting, total ignoring anyone else that was still sleeping. Saying that I would have loved to have ejected him over the balcony was an understatement, as a non violent person I decided to request a new room. Which was granted at reception. Little did he know that for over 20 years I was a semi pro fighter and could have chosen not to be so polite 😳"

"This hotel lived up to the reviews. Clean, modern, great air conditioning. Super nice people. The restaurant/bar is cute and we had an amazing breakfast that was included in the price. They had Filipino and American style breakfast options. I had the Tocino because I love it and it was so good!! There is not a lot to do in the area so we only stayed one night then went odd to Siquijor. But things a great spot and the rooftop pool at the bar looks great."

"This place was so nice. A quick trip from Oslob and perfect to unwind and relax. Amazing food, the nicest staff. Helpful figuring out everything you need. Sea turtles popping up all day looking out at the sea from the pool. Couldn’t ask for more."

"We had the most incredible 3-day stay at Tim's Beachouse Hotel property in Cebu, Philippines! The beachfront location was absolutely perfect, offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful pool to unwind in. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable – the ideal place to come back to after a day of adventures. Breakfast was available to order, and nothing beats enjoying a traditional Filipino breakfast with breathtaking beach views. It truly set the tone for each of our mornings. The small, intimate vibe of the property made us feel like we were part of the family, which made our stay even more special. We spent our days on amazing day trips to Oslob and Moalboal, went swimming with whale sharks, explored the sardine run, and even went canyoneering at the waterfalls. After such exciting days, the massages every night were a perfect way to relax and recover. We rented scooters to explore the province life, which was fantastic, and the local guides made everything even more enjoyable. While the property is close to the road and you can hear the bus passing by, the sound becomes background noise after a day full of adventure. With the right mindset, you'll have the best sleep you've ever had. Tim and Anne were such wonderful hosts, making us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we can't wait to return. This was a truly relaxing and memorable experience, and we wish we could have stayed longer!!"

"Fabulous location with the waves washing around the hotel. A surprise to see turtles swimming close by. Very clean hotel. Great deck for a meal and drinks. We had an early dinner, large servings, food was good. Nothing really close by. We stayed overnight to do whale shark swimming in Oslob as it was a 4 1/2 hour drive there and back from Cebu."
