Some of the negatives were that in our room the drawers where the TV is kept opening by themselves and when we first walked in I didn’t realize it was open and rammed into the corner really hard which left me with a huge bruise. The second was that when we got there and were walking in and out to get some stuff some how my 2 yr old ran and closed the door and when we tried opening the latch was activated and she was trapped until the receptionist brought a tool to get it to slide closed. Those were scary and inconvenient but I think we were disappointed that we chose this hotel because it had breakfast included and on the second day of our stay we saw a sign that said it was $18 something per person. That’s a huge bummer because we were not notified otherwise we would’ve chosen a different hotel or we would’ve gone to get better breakfast elsewhere for that price.

Zully, it’s unfortunate to hear about the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. It sounds like there were some unexpected challenges, especially with the room furnishings and a situation with your child. The facility was clean, safe and staff were friendly. I wishes I could have streamed from my apps. Overall, everything was great.

I was only there for the night on my way back home. The check in process was easy and the staff was nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great sized double bed room, clean, right off exit. Staff quick to help. Was a little disappointed the bar wasn’t opened at all during our wknd.
