Centrally located, easy parking, clean, quiet, breakfast included, and fairly priced. Can't complain.

We liked Forest Park Inn bc it is close to the Outlets and it is a nice clean hotel and has reasonable rates.

Found a strawberry lying on floor next to bed when we checked in. ☹️

It's so dirty the shower has hair all over it and the mattress cover has stains
We are staying in a nicer "suite" but we are placed directly next to the entrance of the hotel so the door is slamming constantly. The covers for the air conditioning aren't on so it's just blasting directly into the second mattress and it's so muggy
