The hotel looked great when we first entered and the front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel was located near Old Chicago restaurant so didn’t have to go very far to eat. Thank you.

checked in a 3pm. Room smelled terrible. Complained at front desk, they said rhey could get me a new room, but i needed to wait 2 hours. Asked for a refund on room since they could not provide a satisfactory room in a reasonable time. they said no, room was nonrefundable. i would stay far away from them and when i get back i will reachbout to corporate office, to see if they have any policiea related.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The motel property was bordered by I90. It was one of the quietest rooms that I have ever stayed in. No noise from the interstate, the hall or the neighboring rooms.

Hotel was clean and quiet and i slept all night which is what i wanted. The issue was there was no light or hot water in my shower.

It is easy to access and the parking is great.
