Rooms clean, front desk staff very helpful and friendly, arrived late and entrances hard to find.

These people know there stuff. Clean, quiet, efficient no nonsense check in, and HOT shower with great pressure

This place was nice yeah the room i was in basically all the lights were burnt out. Plus there was no free breakfast which expedia said there was, It was decent at best. Spacious rooms comfortably beds.

Our apologies about the lighting in the room. The switch at the entrance has to be on and then the individual lamps can be controlled. We do advertise the restaurant but ot do not advertise complimentary breakfast anywhere.

Horrible One Night Stay
Posted 21 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe room wasn’t vacuumed. The shower/tub didn’t drain well standing water which is gross. We could hear the people next door. They were up all night making noises that another person doesn’t want to hear. They also had a dog in their room which barked in middle of night and they had to yell at to be quiet which kept us up. We specifically asked not to be near anyone who had an animal. Lastly when we checked out the front desk didn’t even ask how our our room was and when I told the woman she said “well you booked with a third party”. Really, that’s horrible customer service. I am posting on trip advisor and yelp about this hotel so others know not to stay here and this wasn’t even the least expensive place to stay in the town.

I send our apologies for the tub not draining and the vacuuming. I will visit with staff department heads in regards to this matter. Unfortunately, I cannot control the rudeness of the guests in the neighboring room. The hotel was almost sold out the night of your stay, which makes it hard to separate you from anyone else. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip.

The price was overstated because of the condition of the hotel. Not fair
