Didn’t have the pool available and web site didn’t say it was closed for season

Our website does state seasonal pool. It is September and in a few days it will be fall. We are sorry for your misunderstanding of seasonal pool.

The lady that checked me in was very friendly and quick. However they tried to charge my card 3 times after i alreadypaid in full when i checked it causing my bank to lock my card. Went and tried to speak with the manager/owner 3 different times and was never helped.
