This property is perfect for location, cleanliness and it is really beautiful. It is literally a 5 min walk from the ferry port so walking distance no need for horse and cart and so in the best place for restaurants and bars.

Great location, the villas are huge and the staff was very welcoming. With limited resources on the island, the staff still managed to serve us the best they could. Would recommend.

Great Hotel for 4 people and convenient location

Posted 28 Jan 2018
Pros: Private pool, good internet, breakfast cooked daily, helpful staff, location to Gili markets
Cons: Shower in second bedroom had lost lots of pressure. Not something we brought up with staff as it didn't bother us too much.
Location: Hotel is very close to a Mosque, which broadcasts prayers 5 times a day. It is quite loud, but think you would have this problem on most of Gili T
We were pleasantly surprised when arriving at our Villa, we had our own private pool, private kitchen and beautiful outdoor living area. The aircon in our bedrooms worked well and we had the benifit of a cool nights sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast cooked for us daily in our Villa by two lovely women who were willing to cook for our specifications. The night markets are a 2 minute walk from the Villa, and the main beach is also close. It is the perfect location if you with to be close to the main part of Gili but still secluded enough to enjoy quiet nights.

Early Risers Villa

Posted 14 Nov 2016
Pros: Out door shower Location
Cons: 4:30am and 6am chant Noisy
Location: Close to the bars and restaurants
This trip was my very excited return to Gilla T after coming here before to check it out. I absolutely loved it last time and promised myself I'd return but stay closer to the centre to avoid long walks like we did to our previous hotel. We chose this Villa as it was close to the centre of the action and a very short walk to the bars and restaurants. Staff greeted us on the beach and helped us to our Villa with our luggage. When we arrived our villa was not ready so we waited for an hour before we finally got into the villa. Once we were in staff were cleaning like mad to get it ready for us which was fine, - all we wanted was to jump in the pool after being slammed by the sun on the boat ride across from Bali. The Villa was lovely. It had a pool, out door kitchen and lounge room much like any villa but it looks like the villa is on the older side and in need of a few repairs. The rooms were spacious and tidy with an out-door shower in the bathroom which I loved. The worst thing about this Villa was that at 4:30am there was a local mans prayer/vocal/song blasted across speakers that seemed to be in the villa. It was a prayer chant that was for the locals staying in this area I presumed. it was SO loud that it startled me from my sleep. It then happened at 6am and continued throughout the day. I would not have stayed here knowing this was a daily reoccurrence as it was not really the most relaxing event and really disrupted/shocked me awake every morning.

Right in the middle but far enough away

Posted 14 Apr 2016 on Wotif
Pros: We love the private pool villa and it was completely private. The staff were lovely and every morning came into your villa to cook you breakfast!
Cons: The property could do with some maintenance and new towels.
Location: Smack in the centre but far enough away not to be noisy. Loads of restaurants everywhere and lots of activities available should you want to do them.
Loved it from the moment we walked in. Terrific price for what you get, and comes with your own Mosque. It was incredibly loud but you did tend to get used to it. Very easy to spend the day lazing around as you had everything you needed in the Villa and 2 seconds walk to go anywhere

Good pool

Posted 23 Sep 2015
Great pool and the breakfast in the mornings was great. The ladies who come to clean the room are friendly enough and Jay at the reception was fantastic. We were woken up before 5 am every morning with the mosque next door and their prayers. The outdoor seating area and table setting needs cooling, as its too hot and humid to sit Comfortably in the afternoon/nights.

Excellent villa, with private pool perfect for relaxing. Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Reasonably quiet, although can hear the mosque. Definetly stay again.

Take the good with the bad

Posted 7 Jun 2015
Air conditioning didn't work in one of the rooms. Power would always cut out. Water stopped working from time to time, usually around the time you needed a shower. But the location is very close to the main strip. And the pool service was very bad, after having a shirt swim all the clothing changed the colour due to very strong chlorine levels.
